Usage: 2 measuring spoon per day. Take 1 spoon 2 times a day with meals, added to a drink or food.

Daily dose - 2 measuring spoon or 100 mg of 2 measuring spoon powder per day for adults

Use 2-3 months, repeat after 1 month.

Also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
